目的通过监测海军某水面舰艇舱室内空气中部分有害物,发现舰艇环境卫生安全隐患。方法使用手持式挥发性有机化合物(VOC)气体检测仪对舰艇不同部位舱室内空气中异丁烯、正己烷、二甲苯、苯、苯乙烯、甲苯和氯乙烯共7种物质进行现场测定;撞击式空气微生物采样器采集舰艇内部空气细菌,37℃培养后计数,计算空气细菌浓度。结果与结论 11个采样点中有5个采样点苯浓度超标,其余6种VOC,除海图室外的10个采样点均有检出;所有3个采样点空气中细菌总数<4000 cfu/m3。对舰艇舱室进行空气质量卫生监督,利于发现存在的安全隐患,应保持适宜通风降低舱室空气中有害物的浓度。
Objective To monitor the environmental hazards of naval vessels by monitoring some of the indoor airborne harmful substances in a naval warship. Methods A total of seven substances, namely isobutene, n-hexane, xylene, benzene, styrene, toluene and vinyl chloride, were measured in the air in different compartments of a ship using a hand-held volatile organic compound (VOC) Microbiological sampler was used to collect airborne bacteria in the warship and counted after culturing at 37 ℃ to calculate the airborne bacterial concentration. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Benzene concentration exceeded the standard at 5 of the 11 sampling points, while the remaining 6 VOCs were detected at all 10 sampling points outside the chart. The total airborne bacteria count at all 3 sampling points was <4000 cfu / m3 . Carrying out air quality hygiene supervision on warship cabins will help to find out the potential safety hazard and should maintain appropriate ventilation to reduce the concentration of harmful substances in cabin air.
