以磺胺甲基嘧啶和磺胺甲恶唑为复合模板分子,2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,制备了对磺胺类抗生素(SAs)具有组选择吸附性能的印迹聚合物。通过紫外光谱法分析双模板分子印迹效应产生的机制,静态吸附实验研究聚合物对SAs的结合与识别性能。结果表明,双模板-功能单体分子间的多位点协同作用优化了聚合物的印迹孔穴,使其对SAs体现出良好的组选择吸附性。同时,以该印迹聚合物为固相萃取材料,建立分子印迹-固相萃取/HPLC方法,对污水处理厂进、出水中的SAs进行分离、富集、检测,方法回收率为86.1%~98.0%,相对标准偏差低于6.5%,检测限为4.46~12.34 ng/L,可以满足环境水样中痕量SAs的确证和多残留分析的要求。

The mechanism of molecular imprinting effect was analyzed by UV spectroscopy. The static adsorption experiments were carried out to study the binding and recognition properties of SAs on polymers. The results showed that the synergistic interaction between the double template and the functional monomer molecules optimized the imprinted pore of the polymer, which made the SAs exhibit a good group selective adsorption. At the same time, using the imprinted polymer as solid-phase extraction material, molecular imprinting-solid phase extraction / HPLC method was established to separate, enrich and test SAs in effluent from wastewater treatment plant. The recovery rate was 86.1% ~ 98.0 %, The relative standard deviation is less than 6.5% and the detection limit is 4.46 ~ 12.34 ng / L, which can meet the requirements of confirmatory and multi-residue analysis of trace SAs in environmental water samples.
