本文对１０１例健康男性，按赵氏法行输精管栓堵术。术后１年随访９６例，精子消失率为５６．２５％。术前及术后检测受水者血清ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｔ及ＡＳＡ的变化，认为输精管可复性注射栓堵术对机体生殖内分泌及体液免疫功能的影响与其它输精管阻断术相似，并建议输精管可复性注射栓堵术应在改进及完善后临床试用。
