针对油田专用高压注汽锅炉燃料消耗过大的问题,引进莫尔液节能环保技术,将莫尔液通过莫尔输出器高度雾化后,经注汽锅炉鼓风机进口汇入炉体燃烧内室与原有燃料混合燃烧,从而促进燃料充分燃烧,同时可大大减少结焦化物和积碳的生成,增加注汽锅炉排管传热系数,提高锅炉热效率,降低燃料单耗。经检验,锅炉热效率提高4%,燃料油单耗降低6%,节能效果良好。

After testing, the boiler thermal efficiency increased by 4%, 6% lower fuel unit consumption, energy saving effect is good.
