提出利用加工中心主轴安装接触触发式测头(TTP测头)作为加工的在线测量工具,针对箱体类零件的智能加INC程序,及其与CAD/CAPP/CAM环境的集成方法。在加工中可以实现零件粗基准装夹定位自动调整;粗加工基于余量走刀次数自动划分;精加工质量监测补偿和钻孔、攻丝故障预测等基于CIMS底层加工环境的智能化加工,并实现了智能加工NC程序在CAM平台上自动生成。
It is proposed to utilize the touch probe (TTP probe) installed in the machining center as an on-line measuring tool for machining, an intelligent INC program for box-type parts and an integrated method with CAD / CAPP / CAM environment. In the process, the rough datum clamping position can be adjusted automatically. The rough machining can be automatically divided based on the remaining number of passes. The machining quality compensation can be compensated and the drilling and tapping failure prediction can be intelligentized based on the CIMS bottom machining environment. The intelligent processing NC program is automatically generated on the CAM platform.
