目的探讨微波消融术治疗鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructivesleepapneahypopneasyndrome,OSAHS)的临床疗效。方法应用微波微创技术对8例鼾症和48例OSAHS患者进行治疗,术前及术后6个月进行多导睡眠监测(polysomnography,PSG)。结果56例患者治疗后咽腔宽敞,手术前后比较呼吸暂停低通气指数(apneahyponeaindex,AHI)均值、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)均值及鼾声指数差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。治愈36例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率91.1%。结论微波消融术是一项新的微创、安全、有效的治疗方法,在治疗鼾症和轻及中度OSAHS中具有一定的优越性。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microwave ablation in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 8 cases of snoring and 48 cases of OSAHS were treated with microwave minimally invasive technique. Polysomnography (PSG) was performed before and 6 months after operation. Results After treatment, 56 patients had spacious pharyngeal cavity. The apnea hyponeaindex (AHI), LSaO2 and snore index were significantly different before and after operation (P <0.01). 36 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 91.1%. Conclusion Microwave ablation is a new minimally invasive, safe and effective method of treatment. It has some advantages in the treatment of snoring and mild to moderate OSAHS.
