本文针对民用飞机导线的特点,对其失效率的计算方法进行了探讨,提出了一种较为新颖的计算方法。首先对导线的失效率建立数学模型,然后通过业内有经验的专家对不同环境下导线的失效状况进行两两对比打分,根据专家判断情况运用Brad-ley-Terry模型计算出导线的相对失效率,同时计算出失效率模型中的环境变量的离散值,最后即可计算出失效率模型中的系数β。求出了系数β,即可得出任何失效环境和其失效率之间的关系。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of civil aircraft conductor, the calculation method of failure rate is discussed, and a new calculation method is proposed. First of all, to establish the mathematical model of the failure rate of the wire, and then compare the failure status of the wire in different environments by any pair of contrast scores through experienced experts in the industry, and calculate the relative failure rate of the wire by using the Brad-ley-Terry model according to the expert judgment, At the same time, the discrete value of the environmental variables in the failure rate model is calculated, and finally the coefficient β in the failure rate model can be calculated. Calculating the coefficient β, we can get the relationship between any failure environment and its failure rate.
