本文介绍了高速宽频带防空导弹对天线罩材料性能的要求和国外天线罩材料的发展现况及进一步研究的发展方向,提出了在我国制备高速宽频带导弹天线罩应选择的材料。同时,针对玻璃纤维增强TRFE、PI层板和PI泡沫组咸的夹层结构,提出了高速宽频带导弹天线罩制作工艺中的关键环节及难点,并对相应的解决方法进行了探讨,最后指出了增强TRFE是很有前途的天线罩材料。
This paper introduces the requirements of high-speed wideband air defense missiles for radome performance, the development status of foreign radome materials and the direction of further research, and puts forward the materials that should be selected in our country to produce high-speed broadband radomes. At the same time, aiming at the sandwich structure of fiberglass reinforced TRFE, PI laminae and PI foam, the key links and difficulties in the manufacturing process of high speed wideband missile radome are put forward, and the corresponding solutions are discussed. Finally, Enhanced TRFE is a promising radome material.
