目的探究绩效考核信息化管理在精神科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年1月1日起医院精神科全面实施绩效考核管理,比较2015年度与2014年度护士工作量及患者满意度的变化。结果前后2年中护理人员一般资料无差异,护理质量各项目比较中基础护理(P<0.01)、健康教育(P<0.01)、重患者护理(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;文书书写(P<0.05),有统计学差异;急救药品器械管理与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。安全事件减少8件,无二级以上不良事件发生。患者满意度由90.6%提高到96.8%。结论应用绩效考核管理明显促进精神科护理质量的提升。
Objective To explore the application of performance appraisal information management in psychiatric nursing quality management. Methods From January 1, 2015, the Department of Psychiatry implemented the performance appraisal and management in an all-round way to compare the workload of nurses and satisfaction with patients in 2015 and 2014. The results showed that there was no difference in the general data of nursing staff between the two years before and after the nursing care. The quality of nursing care was significantly higher in all subjects (P <0.01), health education (P <0.01) and nursing care in severe patients (P <0.01) Writing (P <0.05), there is a statistical difference; emergency medicine equipment management and control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). Eight fewer safety incidents, no more than two adverse events. Patient satisfaction increased from 90.6% to 96.8%. Conclusion The application of performance appraisal management significantly promoted the improvement of the quality of psychiatric nursing.
