数字图书馆馆藏评价是一个复杂的系统工程,需要多个专家进行群评价,从而提高其评价的公正性和准确性。同时由于专家的知识和经验的局限以及馆藏评价的复杂性,专家给出的评价指标信息可能以区间数形式来表达。本文针对专家给出的区间评价矩阵引进连续区间数据有序加权平均(COWA)算子,定义了评价指标的理想点,并利用方案指标值与理想点的距离给出了一种新的信息集成算子的数字图书馆馆藏的群评价方法,最后利用实例说明了评价方法的有效性。
The evaluation of digital library collections is a complex systematic project, which requires multiple experts to conduct group evaluation to improve the fairness and accuracy of the evaluation. At the same time, due to the limitation of expert knowledge and experience and the complexity of collection evaluation, the evaluation index information given by experts may be expressed in the form of interval number. In this paper, we introduce the COWA operator for interval evaluation matrices given by experts, define the ideal points of evaluation index, and give a new information integration using the distance between scheme index and ideal point Operator of the digital library collection group evaluation method, and finally the use of examples to illustrate the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
