为促进新邵县甘薯产业持续健康发展,在总结该县甘薯产业发展现状及优势的基础上,分析了该县甘薯产业发展存在政府重视不够,产业发展滞缓;品种退化严重,良种普及率低;栽培措施不到位,田间管理粗放;机械化程度低,农村劳动力不足;加工转化粗浅,综合利用率不高等问题,并针对这些问题从加强组织领导,强化政策保障;规划产业布局,提高产业水平;健全良繁体系,提高种苗质量;培育龙头企业,推进产业发展;以市场为导向,延伸产业链条等方面提出了促进该县甘薯产业发展的对策。
