由中国机械工程学会理化检验学会、中国兵工学会金属材料学会与开封市机械工程学会联合举办的全国高速分析新技术、新仪器推广会于1989年4月20日～26日在开封布召开,参加会议的有来自全国23个省市自治区共60个单位89名代表。 会议由开封市机械工程学会秘书长马忠民主持,开封市科协主席张世钦、市科协学会部部长陈勤斌等负责同志出席了开幕式并讲了话。会上还宣读了中国机械工程学会理
The National High-speed Analysis New Technology and New Instrument Promotion Conference, co-sponsored by Institute of Physical and Chemical Testing of China Mechanical Engineering Society, Metal Materials Society of China Ordnance Society and Kaifeng Mechanical Engineering Society, was held in Kaifeng Cloth on April 20-26, 1989, 89 delegates from 60 units in 23 provinces and autonomous regions nationwide attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Ma Zhongmin, secretary-general of Kaifeng Mechanical Engineering Society. Zhang Shikin, chairman of Kaifeng Municipal Science and Technology Association and Chen Qinbin, minister of Science and Technology Association of Kaifeng attended the opening ceremony and made speeches.
