Hans W. Goyenge of the German Institute of International Management, said: The rise and fall of the 21st century business depends on its leadership. The task they face is very arduous. It is indeed the case. Whether a company can maintain its core competitiveness in the market competition depends on whether or not the entrepreneur and its leadership can have a keen insight, rich imagination, superb leadership skills, strong will, and identify various risks and opportunities. Do not miss the opportunity to make the right decision, and can condense the entire enterprise, open up markets, and operate and manage. The entrepreneur’s leadership position determines the cultural will of the group’s will, spirit, morality, style, etc. These are highly regarded in the enterprise, more easily recognized and disseminated by employees, and form a conscious follow-up to the highest goals of the company. And the purpose, corporate values, corporate style and traditions, behavior standards and rules and regulations, are deeply imprinted with the brand of entrepreneurs. As Mr. Meng Fanchi, executive vice president of the China Enterprise Culture Research Association, said: Entrepreneurs have four cultural responsibilities to companies: The first one is advocacy.
