学生的心理良性发展是个值得研究的课题。笔者认为,对那些学习成绩好而又过于任性的学生,既要热情鼓励,对他们所取得的成绩给予充分肯定,但又不能任其自然发展,要实事求是地指出其不足,帮助他们提高思想认识,促进学生健康成长和全面发展。笔者的班级中曾有一个学习成绩好但任性的女生,担任学习委员。初一上学期刚开学的一段时间内,她能够很好地配合班主任搞好班委工作,自学能力也很强,但行事任性。在仔细观察的基础上,笔者对这个女生的个性心理特征作了如下分析:当她高兴时,对班委工作认真负责,
