目前我国国有企业基本上都仍在沿用着旧的人力资源管理模式,这一模式与当今企业的发展战略严重脱节,而且缺乏行之有效的薪酬体系、用人机制和人力资源开发体系。与此同时,在薪酬激励机制方面也存在诸多问题,如工作效率低下、员工工作态度散漫等等。健全我国国有企业薪酬激励机制,提高生产效率是深化我国国有企业改革,转换国有企业管理机制的一项重要任务。文章结合生活工作中的体会,对国有企业人力资源及薪酬激励机制谈了一些看法。
At present, the state-owned enterprises in our country are basically following the old model of human resource management. This model is severed from the development strategy of today’s enterprises and lacks an effective salary system, employing mechanism and human resource development system. At the same time, there are many problems in salary incentive mechanism, such as inefficiency of work, scattered work attitude of employees and so on. To improve the salary incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises in our country and increase the production efficiency is an important task to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country and to transform the management mechanism of state-owned enterprises. Based on the experience of life work, the article made some comments on the human resources and salary incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises.
