近来文献证明H_2受体拮抗剂(H_2A)在动物实验及对人体都有心血管系统的副作用。本文综述目前国外在这一方面进行的体外和临床研究的情况。
Recent literature shows that H 2 receptor antagonist (H 2 A) in animal experiments and the human cardiovascular system have side effects. This article summarizes the current situation of in vitro and clinical studies abroad in this area.
