本文从资产拥有度和管理参与度两个维度对经理人进行了界定,将组织中的经理人员界定为管理参与度高、资产拥有度比较低的组织成员。激励理论、社会比较理论和人力资本理论为研究经理人的职业成功提供了良好的视角,在此基础上,作者将经理人的职业成功界定为经理人员在某个时点之前由于其所做工作达到或者超越社会期望而获得的认可和尊重。经理人员的成功包括个人、组织和社会三个层面的成功,并且经理人的职业成功具有社会性、比较性、多维性和发展性四个特性。
In this paper, managers are defined from the two aspects of asset ownership and management participation, and the managers in the organization are defined as the members with high management participation and low asset ownership. Incentive theory, social comparative theory and human capital theory provide a good perspective for the study of the manager’s career success. Based on this, the author defines the manager’s career success as the manager’s work done before a certain time Achieve or exceed social expectations gained recognition and respect. The success of managers includes individual, organizational and social success at three levels, and managers’ career success is social, comparative, multi-dimensional and developmental.
