目的:探讨基层医院管腔类器械应用超声清洗的效果。方法:收集2013年1月-2014年1月我院500件管腔类器械清洗情况进行详细研究,将上述管腔类器械随机分为两组,对照组250件管腔类器械接受常规清洗,观察组250件管腔类器械接受超声清洗,比较两组器械清洗质量。结果:观察组管腔器械清洗检测结果均显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组管腔器械清洗检测结果差异性较大,观察组管腔器械清洗检测结果差异小。结论:基层医院管腔类器械应用超声清洗的效果显著,能全面提高管腔器械清洗质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of ultrasonic cleaning on the application of luminal instruments in primary hospitals. Methods: A total of 500 lumen devices in our hospital were collected from January 2013 to January 2014 for detailed study. The lumen devices were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 250 lumen devices were routinely cleaned, 250 lumen devices in the observation group received ultrasonic cleaning, and the quality of cleaning of the two devices was compared. Results: The examination results of the lumen instruments in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The control group of lumen device cleaning test results were significantly different, the observation group, lumen device cleaning test results were small differences. Conclusion: The application of ultrasonic cleaning of the lumen device in the primary hospital is significant, which can comprehensively improve the quality of the lumen device cleaning.
