目的:为了顺利实施牵张成骨技术实验研究,促进牵张成骨技术发展,减少实验成本,自行研究设计开发兔股骨牵张器,并探讨其用于动物实验的可行性。方法:自行研究设计兔股骨牵张器,安放于两只新西兰大白兔右股骨,并实施股骨牵张延长,观察牵张器牵张效果。结果:牵张器成功安放于大白兔股骨,通过调节可对股骨进行有效延长,稳定性良好,性能优良。结论:此牵张器制作简单,操作方便,价格便宜,可有效实施牵张成骨实验,适合在动物实验中广泛应用,方便相关科研人员进行牵张成骨研究。
OBJECTIVE: In order to successfully implement the experimental study of distraction osteogenesis, promote the development of distraction osteogenesis and reduce the cost of experiment, we designed and developed rabbit femoral distraction device on its own and discussed its feasibility for animal experiment. Methods: The rabbit femoral distractor was designed and designed and placed on the right femur of two New Zealand white rabbits. The femoral distraction was prolonged and the distraction effect of the distractor was observed. Results: The distractor was successfully placed in the femur of rabbits. The femur could be lengthened effectively by adjustment, and the stability was good and the performance was excellent. Conclusion: This distractor is simple, easy to operate and cheap, which can effectively implement the distraction osteogenesis experiment. It is suitable for the wide application in animal experiments to facilitate the related researchers to study the distraction osteogenesis.
