在如何实现中小学教育公平的问题上,有观点认为:“学校校长和教师应当定期流动。”此种观念和做法极易造成师资队伍缺乏稳定,影响学校工作的正常生态,因此值得商榷。经常性的师资流动,势必打破学校稳定的文化传承环境。成功的学校,均有长期积累形成的文化传承。而此文化传承的形成条件,是校长和教师相对长期稳定。定期实行校长、教师轮换制,会严重打乱学校文化形成的规律,导致不同学校长期艰难形成的校园文化的消失。
On the issue of how to achieve primary and secondary education fairness, there is a view that: “School principals and teachers should be on a regular basis.” Such concepts and practices can easily lead to a lack of stability in the teaching staff and affect the normal ecology of school work and therefore be open to question . Regular teacher flow is bound to break the school’s stable cultural heritage environment. Successful schools have long formed a cultural heritage. The formation of this cultural heritage conditions, principals and teachers is relatively long-term stability. The regular implementation of the principal and teacher rotation system will seriously disrupt the law of the formation of school culture and lead to the disappearance of a long-formed school culture in different schools.
