低体温症是指人体温低于35℃并出现相应症状,轻者表现为精神恍惚、头晕、四肢发凉、寒战及语言不利索等;重者表现为语言含糊不清、表情淡漠、嗜睡、声音嘶哑、皮肤厥冷、呼吸浅慢等。老年人因为年龄的增长和组织器官退行性改变,使得体温调节机制不全,容易受到环境温差的影响,可在持续的寒冷环境中引发低体温症。
