绝热机缸内的传热问题正成为人们十分感兴趣的研究内容,它直接影响绝热材料与绝热方式的选择,绝热部件结构型式的设计,甚至关系到绝热机是否有继续研究和发展的价值。从近年发表的有关研究论文来看,对绝热机的传热规律不仅尚未取得统一认识,而且在一些根本问题上还存在分歧。争论的焦点为壁面温度的升高是引起瞬态传热率峰值的升高还是减少。由于内燃机瞬态传热过程相当复杂,这个问题目前从传热理论直接分析还不能得到彻底解决,因此,本文结合“七五”期间的绝热机开发工作,对柴油机陶瓷盖板的瞬时温度及其传热规律进行了一些实验研究,分析了陶瓷盖板表面的传热规律。
The problem of heat transfer in the cylinder of an adiabatic machine is becoming a subject of great interest. It directly affects the selection of insulation materials and insulation methods, the design of the structure of an adiabatic component, and even the value of adiabatic machine research and development. According to the research papers published in recent years, the laws of heat transfer to adiabatic machines have not yet reached a unified understanding, and there are still differences on some fundamental issues. The focus of debate is whether the increase in wall temperature causes the peak value of transient heat transfer to increase or decrease. Because the transient heat transfer process of internal combustion engine is quite complicated, the direct analysis of this problem can not be completely solved now. Therefore, in this paper, in conjunction with the development of thermal insulation machines during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, the instantaneous temperature of diesel engine ceramic cover and its Heat transfer laws conducted some experimental studies, analysis of the surface of the heat transfer of ceramic cover law.
