丹江口宽缝重力坝,基本完成了未完建坝体的接缝灌浆工作。本工程第21坝段系原型观测的典型坝段之一,在浇筑混凝土时,预埋了应变计,测缝计和温度计。为了验证并探索施工期坝体温度变化以及接缝灌浆对坝体应力、变形的影响,我们就已经取得的观测成果,选择不同时段进行了初步分析;另外,在21坝段Ⅳ号纵缝(图1)跨缝补埋了应变计、测缝计和压力观测孔,用以观测灌浆过程中的灌浆压力分布以及上层灌浆对下层巳灌接缝的影响。这些观测和分析成果对接缝灌浆控制有不少启示,现就其中几个问题初步探讨于下,以便指导和改进今后的接缝灌浆工作。
Danjiangkou wide gap gravity dam, the basic completion of the unfinished dam grouting work. Section 21 of this project is one of the typical dam sections for prototype observation. When pouring concrete, strain gauges, gauges and thermometers are embedded. In order to verify and explore the changes of dam body temperature in construction period and the effect of joint grouting on the stress and deformation of dam body, we have made preliminary analysis on the observed results obtained in different periods. In addition, Fig. 1) Strain gauges, seam gauges and pressure observation holes are embedded across the seam to observe the grouting pressure distribution in the grouting process and the effect of the upper grouting on the lower grouting seam. These observations and analysis of the results of a lot of inspiration on the control of joint grouting, now on some of the issues discussed below, in order to guide and improve the future of joint grouting work.
