企业参与职业教育包括企业内教育、投资举办职教机构、校企合作;产品市场、劳动力市场、职业教育市场构成其参与的基本环境,企业理论、经济学和职业教育学形成分析其参与行为的理论基础;应用DPE逻辑分析方法可构建出企业个体和群体参与职业教育行为的解释模型,采用企业参与职业教育函数的量化形式可以使分析清晰化。
The participation of enterprises in vocational education includes the education in enterprises, the investment in holding vocational education institutions and the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The market of products, the labor market and the market of vocational education constitute the basic environment for their participation. The formation of enterprise theory, economics and vocational education forms an analysis of their participation Theoretical basis; using the DPE logical analysis method can be constructed to explain the participation of enterprises and groups in vocational education behavior interpretation model, the use of enterprises to participate in vocational education function of the quantitative form can make the analysis clear.
