广东省珠江三角洲地区是世界级制造业基地,也是中国流动人员比重大的典型区域。近几年,在多种因素的作用下,以东莞市为代表的珠三角地区在企业用工方面出现了一些如诸如“民工荒”、“技工荒”等问题。为了厘清珠三角地区企业在用工方面出现的问题,探讨其背后的原因,研究若干公共政策建议,组织实施了以东莞市为主的流动人员职业培训现状与发展趋势的调研。本文在调研数据基础上分析流动人员就业现状并从职业培训与收入水平、就业质量和就业稳定性等方面做了分析探讨。
The Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province is a world-class manufacturing base and a typical area with a large proportion of Chinese mobile workers. In recent years, under the influence of many factors, some problems such as “labor shortage” and “shortage of skilled workers” have emerged in the Pearl River Delta region represented by Dongguan City. In order to clarify the problems that employers face in the Pearl River Delta region, explore the reasons behind them, study a number of public policy proposals and organize the investigation and study on the status quo and development trend of vocational training for mobile workers in Dongguan City. Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the status quo of migrant workers’ employment and analyzes and discusses the aspects of job training and income, employment quality and employment stability.
