Background and Objective: The relationship between estrogen replacement therapy and ovarian cancer is unknown. Studies have shown that hormone replacement therapy is a risk factor for endometrial cancer, while less fertility, obesity is a common risk factor for ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer.
