目的评价重庆涪陵地区已诊断2型糖尿病患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等指标的治疗和达标情况。方法门诊和住院已诊断为2型糖尿病的1 340例患者,收集病例一般信息、自我管理信息、治疗方案、临床指标等数据。测量HbAlc、血糖,血脂等指标进行分析。结果空腹血糖达到推荐控制目标的比例为33.0%,HbA1c<6.5%和<7.0%的达标率分别22.61%和35.52%,总胆固醇达标比例为44.25%,甘油三酯达标比例为55.25%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标比例为52.25%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标比例为56.32%。结论涪陵地区2型糖尿病患者正规治疗率很低,HbA1c达标率低,亟需进一步的系统管理和治疗。 Objective To evaluate the treatment and compliance of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood lipid and other indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed in Chongqing Fuling area. Methods Outpatients and inpatients had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, 1 340 cases of patients, collecting general information, self-management information, treatment options, clinical indicators and other data. HbAlc measurement, blood glucose, blood lipids and other indicators for analysis. Results The fasting blood glucose reached the recommended control target rate of 33.0%, HbA1c <6.5% and <7.0% of the compliance rates were 22.61% and 35.52% respectively, the total cholesterol compliance rate was 44.25%, the triglyceride compliance rate was 55.25% Lipoprotein cholesterol compliance rate was 52.25%, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol compliance ratio was 56.32%. Conclusion The formal treatment rate of type 2 diabetes patients in Fuling area is very low, and the HbA1c compliance rate is low, so further system management and treatment are urgently needed.
