阐述了直接驱动阀(DDV)作动器的工作原理与特点,提出了以DSP和FPGA为管理核心的多闭环控制系统,确立模拟实时闭环控制并以数字监控管理的伺服控制方案,建立作动器仿真模型,确定了回路参数。结合工程实践,对关键功能电路进行阐述;分析了数字系统功能单元,并给出了软件管理流程图,最后给出了原理样机的试验结果。
The working principle and characteristics of direct drive valve (DDV) actuator are described. A multi-closed-loop control system based on DSP and FPGA is proposed. A servo control scheme simulating real-time closed-loop control and digital monitoring and management is established. Simulation model to determine the loop parameters. Combined with the engineering practice, the key function circuits are described. The digital system functional units are analyzed. The software management flow chart is given. Finally, the experimental results of the prototype are given.
