在一部制电价和传统两部制电价的基础上,提出了一种考虑动态辅助容量的两部制电价交易机制,将容量分为发电容量和动态辅助容量2个部分分别结算。该机制在节约市场交易费用的同时,使交易中心能够在单一市场中获得足够的辅助容量。并以该机制下某电厂的次日发电调度过程为例,引入容量策略成功度建立数学模型,运用决策理论求解发电容量和动态辅助容量的最优比例。研究表明,该机制能够对发电企业所承担的辅助服务进行合理的补偿。
On the basis of a system of electricity price and the price of the traditional two-part system, a two-part electricity price trading mechanism considering the dynamic auxiliary capacity is proposed, which divides the capacity into two parts: power generation capacity and dynamic auxiliary capacity. This mechanism saves the transaction cost of the market and enables the trading center to obtain enough auxiliary capacity in a single market. Taking the next generation scheduling process of a power plant under this mechanism as an example, the mathematical model is established by introducing the capacity strategy success rate and the optimal ratio of generating capacity and dynamic auxiliary capacity is solved by decision theory. Research shows that this mechanism can provide reasonable compensation for auxiliary services undertaken by power generation enterprises.
