用矮脚黄白菜雄性不育两用系中的可育株繁育而成的自交系和由其转育成的萝卜胞质不育系为母本,与5个春白菜和5个秋冬白菜自交系配成了同核异质的20个杂交种。杂交种和亲本设置秋冬、夏、冬春三个栽培期试验,应用数量遗传学的原理和方法,对萝卜胞质效应进行了较系统的研究。试验表明:萝卜胞质效应因栽培期和核遗传背景不同而有一定变化,在负效应表现较小的秋冬栽培期,萝卜胞质组合单株产量及其构成性状显著降低;而叶/柄(重)、叶片VC含量显著增加。最后,对萝卜胞质雄性不育系的应用进行了讨论。
