自开展“唱响兵团精神、增强‘兵’的意识”教育实践活动以来,兵团、师、团、连四级联动,成效明显。兵团广大干部职工“兵”的素质和意识得到极大提升,自信心、自豪感和归属感不断增强。该活动得到中央和自治区党委的充分肯定和认可,受到地方各族群众普遍赞誉,已经成为兵团的一项品牌活动。在新时期,要进一步深化“唱响兵团精神、增强‘兵’的意识”教育实践活动,使之常态化、制度化和规范化。一、培育弘扬兵团精神,着力筑牢 Since the launch of the “Singing Corps Spirit and Enhancing the Consciousness of the Soldier,” the Corps, divisions, regiments and even the four-level linkage have achieved remarkable results.
