目的:对广东地龙、广西地龙和沪地龙等三个品种地龙中的5种金属微量元素进行定量分析,并初步考察其生物富集能力。方法:采用微波消解—原子吸收联用技术定量分析地龙中的3种微量元素和两种重金属元素。结果:该方法线性良好,重现性在6.7%~9.2%之间,仪器精密度在1.9%以内,回收率在89%~110%之间。通过对三个产地的地龙的研究发现,沪地龙中铬的含量较高,明显高于其他两种微量元素,其含量大概是广地龙的2~3倍。结论:三个产地地龙中的镉和铅均在国家限量标准之内。对含泥地龙、去泥地龙及泥中3种微量元素和两种重金属元素的含量比较发现,三个产地地龙对5种元素均具出较强的生物富集。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively analyze five kinds of trace elements in three kinds of earthworm, Dendrocalamus dahurica, Dendrolimus gigatica and Hetonglung, Guangdong, and to investigate their bioaccumulation potential. Methods: Three kinds of trace elements and two heavy metal elements in Dilong were quantitatively analyzed by microwave digestion - atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The method was linear and the reproducibility was between 6.7% and 9.2%. The precision of the instrument was less than 1.9% and the recovery was between 89% and 110%. Through the study on the earthworms of the three places of origin, it was found that the contents of Cr in the Longdi of Shanghai are higher than that of the other two trace elements, and their content is about 2-3 times of that of the Landrace. Conclusion: The cadmium and lead in the three places of origin are within the national limits. The contents of three kinds of trace elements and two heavy metal elements in the muddy earthworm, earthworm and mud were compared. It was found that the earthworm in the three producing areas had strong bioaccumulation for the five elements.
