新闻舆论监督在中国现阶段的法制建设中起着重要的作用。以传媒监督权力,以司法保障权力已成为社会发展的两大信条,也是构建和谐社会的有力保障。日益复杂化的传媒与司法的冲突已成为当代中国政治文明建设进程中的一大焦点并为社会所广泛关注。如何构建—个媒体与司法良性互动的社会不仅是我国面临的问题也是—个世界性的长期性的问题。
Public opinion supervision plays an important role in the legal construction in China at this stage. To supervise the power by the media and safeguard the power of the judiciary has become the two creeds of social development and a powerful guarantee for building a harmonious society. The increasingly complicated conflict between the media and the judiciary has become a major focus of the process of building political civilization in contemporary China and has drawn widespread public concern. How to Build - A Positively Interacting Society of the Media and the Judiciary Is Not Only a Problem Faced by China but also a Global Long-term Issue.
