目的：探讨精细化管理在PICC护理过程中的作用。方法将2014.1—2014.3血液科普通病房住院的PICC带管患者随机分为两组。对照组按常规护理PICC，实验组按精细化护理流程护理PICC。收集整理实验期间住院的224名PICC带管患者的相关资料，做精细化管理实施效果的临床对照实验研究。结果实验组和对照组在PICC堵塞、意外脱管、置管部位感染、导管相关性血流感染等方面的比较结果，均有显著差异（P<0.05）。患者满意度有显著提高（P<0.01）。结论 PICC全程精细化管理,能够降低PICC相关并发症的发生率，提高患者满意度，持续改进护理服务质量。“,”Objective To probe into the application effect of refined management adopted in the PICC nursing. Method Divide the inpatients with PICC into two groups. The control group was taken care of PICC according to regulate operation, the experimental group take care of PICC according to refined management operation. Collect the data of inpatients with PICC who were in hospital during 2014.1-2014.3 , and conducted a controlled experiment of the effect of the implementation of refined management. Result Following the implementation of refined management, the occurrence of the PICC-related complications (obstruction ;accidental coming-off ;infection of PICC part; the incidence of blood flow infection relative to PICC )are reduced. The degree of satisfaction of inpatients against the nursing work had risen .Conclusion When the whole course refined management is used in the PICC care,the nursing complications of PICC will drop , the degree of satisfaction of inpatients against the nursing work will rise, the degree of satisfaction of inpatient will rise.
