本文介绍已建立的真空紫外辐亮度标准灯测量装置及利用它标定的标准灯组。利用氘灯能发出强紫外辐射的特点,以英国NPL定标过的氘灯作为临时光谱辐亮度标准,来标定我们的工作标准灯组。本装置的工作波长在170~200nm范围。灯组的不确定度为±8.2%。
This article describes the established vacuum UV radiance standard lamp measuring device and the use of standard calibration lamp group. The use of deuterium lamps emit strong ultraviolet radiation characteristics of the British NPL calibration deuterium lamp as a temporary spectral radiance standards to calibrate our working standard lamp group. The working wavelength of this device is in the range of 170 ~ 200nm. The lamp group has an uncertainty of ± 8.2%.
