结构的动力可靠性分析常常归结为结构控制截面的随机反应在规定的时段〔0.T〕内不超过某个界限的概率。由于在地震作用下结构震害的等级分类具有强烈的模糊性,本文建议采用模糊破坏界限作为超越界限,并在此基础上利用极值理论和点过程法导出了结构反应不超过模糊界限的概率。这就为更合理地估价抗震结构的安全度提供了一种新的方法。用本文的方法可容易地求出结构“小震不坏”、“大震不倒”这样的模糊准则的动力可靠性。
Structural dynamic reliability analysis often comes down to the probability that the stochastic response of the structural control section does not exceed a certain limit for a specified period of time [0.T]. Due to the strong ambiguity in the classification of structural damages caused by earthquakes, this paper proposes the use of fuzzy damage boundaries as the overriding limits, and on this basis, using extreme value theory and point process method to derive the probability that the structural response does not exceed the fuzzy limit. . This provides a new method for more reasonable valuation of the safety of seismic structures. Using the method of this paper, the dynamic reliability of the fuzzy criteria such as “small earthquakes are not bad” and “large earthquakes do not fall” can be easily obtained.
