随着乡镇组织权力扩大,基层检察院积极设置检察室,向乡镇基层延伸法律监督触角,已成为一种新的发展趋势。本文在探索和实践瑞安市人民检察院塘下检察室建设的基础上,对延伸检察机关法律监督触角的经验进行了总结。
With the expansion of the power of township organizations, the grassroots procuratorates have set up procuratorate offices actively and extended the tentacles of legal supervision to the township grass-roots units. This has become a new trend of development. On the basis of exploring and implementing the construction of the Procuratorate of Tangxia in Ruian People’s Procuratorate, this article summarizes the experience of extending the legal supervision of procuratorial organs.
