近年来,我国机械工業厂房在以鋼筋混凝土結构代替鋼結构方面有了很大的发展;但是对于24米跨度的吊車桁架,由于普通鋼筋混凝土无論在刚度方面,或抗裂方面,都不能滿足使用要求,因之一直还是采用鋼結构。由于予应力鋼筋混凝土无论在刚度、抗裂性方面,或是在解决动载荷下的疲劳方面,都较普通鋼筋混凝上具有显著的优点,所以我們在去年12月份设计了一种24米跨度的予应力混凝土吊車桁架,动载荷考虑一台超重量10吨、34.5米跨的桥式吊車。該桁架已于今年4月份試驗成功,现简要地介绍出来,供同志們参考。
