目的:观察护卵汤加减对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠模型血清AzpAb表达的影响。方法:以7～9周雌性小鼠建立卵巢早衰的模型小鼠,灌胃60天后处死取材,采用ELISA法测定各组小鼠血清AzpAb的变化。结果:护卵汤加减与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),西药组灌胃60天后AzpAb值明显降低,与中药中、低剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。护卵汤加减高剂量组与中、低剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:护卵汤加减对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠模型的免疫功能具有一定调节作用,可通过免疫系统使小鼠血清AzpAb值下降。
Objective: To observe the effect of Hupeng Decoction on serum AzpAb expression in the mouse model of premature ovarian failure. Methods: The model mice with premature ovarian failure were established in female mice aged 7-9 weeks. The mice were sacrificed 60 days after the intragastric administration, and the changes of serum AzpAb in each group were determined by ELISA. Results: AzpAb was significantly decreased in the Western medicine group after 60 days of treatment (P <0.01), which was significantly different from that of the middle and low dose Chinese herbal medicine group (P <0.01). There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the nursing group and the medium and low dosage groups. Conclusion: Nursing Decoction can improve the immune function of the mouse model of premature ovarian failure and decrease the serum AzpAb level in the immune system.
