梨是我国三大水果之一,产量居三大水果首位。梨果鲜嫩多汁、味甜可口,且有润燥生津、清热化痰等功效,因而深受大众喜爱。做好贮藏保鲜能延长市场供应期,并降低腐烂率,实现梨产业的增收。梨的贮藏保鲜方法有多种,其中简易气调贮藏是一种常用的保鲜方式,要点如下。1.采收与预处理(1)适时采收适宜的采收时期可根据梨品种特性和贮藏期长短而定。采收时间最好在凉爽天气或在清晨时分。在采收过程中,尽量避免擦、碰、压、砸等损伤,并减少倒筐(箱)、换装次数,轻拿轻放。对某些品种的梨,要求采收时果
