一、20MnSi螺纹钢组织形态 20MnSi螺纹钢系热轧状态供货,热轧状态使用的建筑钢材。20MnSi螺纹钢的正常热轧组织为铁素体+珠光体(见图1)。众所周知,提高冷却速度与增加过冷奥氏体的上述异常组织,造成屈服点消失,甚至脆断。因此,为解决因组织不正常而引起机械性能恶化的问题,必须从冷却速度的大小和过冷奥氏体稳定性如何两方面去分析研究。我们用我厂5吨电炉冶炼的20MnSi(化学成分见表1)经表2的工艺热处理后,使钢的组织形态发生了不同程度的变化(图2)。研究结果表明,加热温度提高
