以六水三氯化铁和磷酸为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂,水浴法合成,在一定温度下反应一段时间,得到白色沉淀。用X-射线粉末衍射、电镜、热分析、红外光谱等对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明,产物二水磷酸铁为厚度为30 nm左右的纳米薄片。以此薄片为原料合成的磷酸铁锂具有较好的电化学性能。
Hexahydrate ferric chloride and phosphoric acid as raw materials, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as a surfactant, water bath synthesis, at a certain temperature for a period of time to give a white precipitate. The composition, size and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, electron microscopy, thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the product of ferric phosphate dihydrate is about 30 nm thick nanoflakes. The lithium iron phosphate synthesized from the flake has good electrochemical performance.
