本文报道应用草乌、川乌的各种不同剂型及纯乌头碱对不同动物的耳毒性作对比实验研究;通过听觉电生理学及内耳组织学检查,未发现所用药物对该类动物的听觉系统的结构与功能有明显影响,这与乌头属中药具有耳毒作用的传统观念不相一致,但临床长期应用时对听觉系统能否产生毒性作用,尚待今后不断深入探讨。
This article reports the application of different formulations of Aconitum kusnezoffii, Chuanwu and different pure aconitine on different animal ototoxicity for comparative experimental study; by auditory electrophysiology and inner ear histology examination, did not find the use of drugs on the animal’s auditory system The structure and function of Aconitum have not been consistent with the traditional concept of ototoxicity. However, the long-term clinical use of the auditory system can produce toxic effects, remains to be further explored in the future.
