前言当前世界上最迫切的问题,仍然是粮食和能源,大多数国家,在经济开发议程上,把灌溉和发电开发的水资源规划的效益放在首位。鉴此,本文主要讨论用于灌溉发电的地面水和地下水最优联合开发的问题,也包括对含水层的补给量和下游需水量的研究。许多文献记载了含水层水源和有效地面水的联合运用的重要性,并已得到了国际的公认。自从布拉斯和霍尔提出的最优模式以来,对最优的联合开发已进行了大量的研究工作。
Foreword The most pressing problems in the world today are still food and energy. Most countries put the efficiency of water resources planning for irrigation and power generation development on the economic development agenda first. In light of this, this paper mainly discusses the optimal combination of groundwater and groundwater for irrigation and power generation, as well as the study of aquifer recharge and downstream demand. Many documents document the importance of the combined application of aquifer water and effective surface water and have gained international recognition. Since the optimal model proposed by Blas and Hall, a great deal of research has been conducted on optimal co-development.
