第一部分章程第一章共同规定s1.为通过仲裁和调解解决与体育有关之争议,兹设立如下两个机构:国际体育仲裁委员会(ICAS)及体育仲裁院(CAS)。仅在联合会、协会或其他体育组织的章程或规定或特殊协议约定的情况下,前述争议是本规章的仲裁事项,前述体育组织是一方当事人。ICAS和CAS的所在地为瑞士洛桑。s2.ICAS旨在通过仲裁或调解以便利有关体育争议的解决,并且保障CAS的独立性以及当事人的权利。为此,其负责CAS的管理和财务。
Part I Statutes Chapter I Common Provisions s1. In order to resolve sports-related disputes through arbitration and conciliation, the following two bodies are hereby established: International Council for Sport Arbitration (ICAS) and Sports Court of Arbitration (CAS). Only in the Federation, Association or other sports organizations, articles of association or special agreement agreement, the dispute is the arbitration rules, the sports organization is one of the parties. ICAS and CAS are based in Lausanne, Switzerland. s2.ICAS aims to facilitate the resolution of sports disputes through arbitration or conciliation and protect the independence of CAS and the rights of the parties involved.
