目的:对水中微量铝的铬天青S法测定过程中的影响因素进行探讨。方法:利用分光光度分析法对不同的影响因素进行条件试验。结果:针对不同含量的待测组分,控制不同显色剂用量进行测定。样品在低浓度水平时,灵敏度响应值提高;样品在高浓度水平时,线性范围扩大。结论:改进后的铝含量测定,方法简便,容易控制。在较高浓度时,数据准确度提高。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors in the determination of chromium azurol S in trace aluminum in water. Methods: Different conditions were tested by spectrophotometry. Results: For different content of the test components, control the amount of different developers were measured. When the sample is at a low concentration level, the sensitivity response value is increased; when the sample is at a high concentration level, the linear range is enlarged. Conclusion: The improved determination of aluminum content, the method is simple and easy to control. At higher concentrations, data accuracy increases.
