在对某厂R6板坯连铸拉矫机矫直力的测试过程中,为解决所需传感器工作载荷大,而实际安装高度空间小的矛盾,研制了一种轮式传感器。该传感器在标定和现场应用中表明,它的性能是良好的。
In the process of testing the straightening force of the straightening and straightening machine for a slab continuous casting of a factory R6, a wheel sensor was developed in order to solve the contradiction between the required working load of the sensor and the small installation space. The sensor in calibration and field applications show that its performance is good.
