由于杂交水稻种子生产经营上的许多不可控因素,种子企业常会遇到当年杂交水稻种子大量积压的情况。为使种子安全度过夏季和春未秋初这段高温时期,尽可能地保持好种子的播种品质,部分种子企业已相继修建起了杂交水稻种子低温冷藏库。本文拟通过人为控制低温库不同库温、入库种子不同含水量,探索出杂交水稻种子在不同冷藏条件下其发芽率和含水量的变化规律。为杂交水稻种子的低温贮藏选择合适的库温及恰当的入库含水量,同时也为科学安全贮藏杂交水稻种子提供理论依据。
Due to many uncontrollable factors in the production and operation of hybrid rice seeds, seed companies often encounter a large backlog of hybrid rice seeds in that year. In order to ensure the safety of seeds through summer and spring and early autumn during this high temperature period, the sowing quality of seeds is maintained as much as possible. Some seed enterprises have successively constructed low-temperature hybrid cold-adapted rice seed storage. This article intends to control the low temperature warehouse by different temperature, storage of seeds of different water content to explore hybrid rice seeds under different conditions of cold storage its germination rate and water content changes. In order to select appropriate temperature and appropriate storage water content for low temperature storage of hybrid rice seeds, it also provides a theoretical basis for the scientific storage of hybrid rice seeds safely.
