一、什么是技术档案档案来源于文书材料,文书材料产生于实践,档案是人们从事社会实践的历史记录和实际反映。人们的社会实践是多种多样的,因此,档案也是多种多样的。毛主席说:“马克思主义者认为人类的生产活动是最基本的实践活动,是决定其它一切活动的东西。”但是,“人的社会实践,不限于生产活动一种形式,还有多种其他的形式,阶级斗争,政治生活,科学和艺术的活动”(注一)。档案是所有这些社会实践的历史纪录与实际反映。档案的种类很多,形成的部门也很多,几乎没有那个部门没有档案,只是多少不同、内容不同、价值不同而已。

Archives are the historical record and actual reflection of all these social practices. There are many types of files, many departments are formed, and there are few or no files in that department. There are only a few different contents, different contents and different values.
