在草甸暗棕壤上设置定位试验,1980~1985年6年试验结果表明,千公斤农肥平均增产粮豆3.23公斤,百公斤麦秸增产0.48公斤;配施化肥后均可提高有机肥的肥效,其中以有机肥配施化肥N、P_2O_5各5公斤为佳。不施有机肥的土壤有机质含量明显下降,施用农肥或麦秸处理的土壤有机质没有下降或略有减少。不论施用有机肥与否,土壤水解氮均有增加趋势。单施或配施氮、磷化肥的处理,土壤有机质均有明显提高。
